Creating a new hub in Ballinalack, Co. Sligo
The recent qualification of a community group Ballinalack Community Park, Bunninadden, Co. Sligo for LEADER funding to establish a Hello GoodLife Health & Wellbeing Hub in Ireland is a very significant milestone.
This LEADER funding will enable the creation of a dedicated space designed to promote holistic health and well-being, particularly for people over 55.
This Hello GoodLife Health & Wellbeing Hub is due to open in January 2025.
This transformative space, made possible by LEADER funding and the innovation of Innerva UK, is set to revolutionize how we support health and well-being for everyBODY within our communities in Ireland.

An example of a successful Hello Goodlife Health & Wellbeing Hub operating in Castle Leisure Centre, Castlebar, Co. Mayo
Earlier in 2024, the Mulroy family opened a Hello Goodlife Health & Wellbeing hub at their gym in Castle Leisure Centre Castlebar, Co. Mayo. It is very successful in delivering for the needs of mature & older adults in Co. Mayo. There are currently 600 members by membership of the hub. For any interested gym or leisure centre owner, this provides a lucrative business opportunity delivering for over 55s in Ireland and is a relatively new untapped revenue stream. This is a growing demographic where people are focusing on their fitness health and wellbeing and are seeking suitable and accessible exercise solutions. Innerva’s power assisted exercise circuit is the perfect solution for mature & older adults.
