A Sign of the Times:
Hello GoodLife Ireland Leading
a New Approach to Healthy Living
Across Ireland, attitudes towards fitness, health and wellbeing are changing. By 2030, almost 40% of the population will be aged 50 or over, a generation living longer, staying informed and taking a more proactive approach to their health.
Once people reach their 50s, and often long before that, longevity becomes real. People become more focused on staying strong, staying mobile and staying independent. They understand the importance of regular, consistent exercise and recognise that the most effective approach combines resistance training, cardiovascular fitness, mobility and social connection.
Hello GoodLife Ireland has been designed around exactly those priorities, bringing together physical, mental and social wellbeing through a growing network of welcoming Fitness, Health & Wellbeing Hubs designed for everyBODY.
At the heart of every Hub is a circuit of Innerva power-assisted exercise machines, used internationally in healthy ageing, rehabilitation and wellbeing settings. The seated and recumbent machines support natural movement while delivering a complete full-body workout in less than 40 minutes.
Every machine offers a range of programmes, speeds and resistance levels, allowing people to exercise at a pace and intensity that suits their body. The circuit combines resistance, cardio, mobility and flexibility in one complete workout, helping improve strength, balance, coordination and overall wellbeing.

Designed for EveryBODY
The Hello GoodLife Hub supports people at every stage of life and fitness, from very active adults looking to maintain strength and mobility to people returning to exercise, rehabilitation users and individuals living with long-term health conditions.
The machines are particularly suited to people managing conditions including Rheumatoid Arthritis, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetes, cardiovascular conditions or reduced mobility, as well as those recovering from illness, injury or surgery. Because the equipment is power-assisted, each person can work comfortably within their own ability level while still benefiting from effective resistance and cardiovascular exercise.
Across the Hello GoodLife Ireland network, members range from people in their twenties through to people in their nineties, reflecting the broad appeal of the concept and its focus on healthier ageing, preventative healthcare and inclusive wellbeing.
Research from the Innerva End User Impact Report found that 96.5% of users reported a positive impact on mental health, 94% reported improved aerobic fitness, 93% reported improved flexibility, 87% reported improved strength and 80% reported improved balance.

More Than Exercise
Alongside the physical benefits, every Hello GoodLife Hub has been designed to encourage social connection and community wellbeing.
Bright colours, comfortable surroundings and an open, calm and uplifting layout help create a positive atmosphere where people can enjoy movement at their own pace and feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. The social circuit layout naturally encourages conversation and interaction, with many members staying afterwards for tea, coffee and a chat.
As indoor facilities, Hello GoodLife Hubs also provide a reliable, all-weather, year-round way for people to stay active and maintain routine. Everything about the spaces has been designed to support a longer, healthier and more active healthspan.
People come for the exercise and stay for the connection.
